Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered

You can return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn't what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.

I want to return an unwanted item

The Distance Selling Regulations allow you to withdraw from any purchase made from us at any time 7 working days after the date you receive the item.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

When you send your item back to us, within 4-10 days of receipt we will process the returned item and send you an email to confirm payment back to the account you originally paid from.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will refund the delivery charges either via our pre-paid postal option or by refunding your postage costs upon receipt of the return.


So how do I return an item

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
